Who messages you

Messages come from PrimeFix Home & Handyman Services LLC, also called PrimeFix or PrimeFix Home & Handyman.

Types of messages

We send transactional messages and, if you opt in, marketing messages.

Transactional messages include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling messages, and service updates.

Marketing messages include promotions, discounts, special offers, announcements, and occasional follow-up about our services.

How we send them

We send messages by text message (SMS) and by email. Text messages are delivered by a messaging provider that sends them for PrimeFix. That provider is used only to deliver PrimeFix messages.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are sent from time to time. There is no fixed schedule.

Consent

Marketing text messages are optional. Agreeing to them is not required to request a quote or purchase a service. The marketing text checkbox on our forms is unchecked until you check it.

The text-message checkbox says: “I agree to receive recurring marketing and follow-up text messages from PrimeFix Home & Handyman Services LLC at the phone number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms & Conditions.”

The email checkbox says: “I'd like to receive occasional PrimeFix offers, service updates, and promotions by email. I can unsubscribe at any time.”

When you opt in, we keep a record of that consent: the phone number or email address, the date and time, the form or page, and the version of the consent text.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing text messages. Reply HELP and we will reply with assistance and how to reach us. You can also call (619) 736-3016 or email info@primefixpros.com.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe option in the email or write to info@primefixpros.com.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier can tell you about charges for text messages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. A messaging, email, or list provider may process that information only to send messages for PrimeFix.
